ROOSTERS YANKEE ™ 4.3% ABV
Pale coloured premium aromatic bitter. Our best selling beer. Aromas of Turkish delight, lychees and sometimes Muscat grapes. Soft bitterness. Yankee has won most of our awards.

YPA® (Yorkshire Pale Ale) 4.3% ABV
Gold Medal: 'Summer Ale' Category
World Beer Cup 2006 Seattle & San Diego 2008
Pale golden colour. Raspberry aroma. Long aromatic finish. Medium bitterness. Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and Styrian Golding hops.

WILD MULE 3.9% ABV
Pale coloured beer. Golden Promise malt and New Zealand and US hops. Amazing aromas closely mirror those of the Sauvignon grape. Moderately bittered. Long finish

GCB (Good Cheer Beer) 3.7% ABV
Pale coloured beer. Flowers and tropical fruit are the signal aromas in this beer. GoldenPromise malt. Hops are from New Zealand and USA

SPECIAL 3.9% ABV
Maris Otter malt, Chinook and Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Pale aromatic bitter. Grapefruity floral aromas.

LEGHORN 4.3 % ABV
Gold Medal:Cask conditioned ale 3.8-4.5% ABV

Maris Otter and Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and 4 aroma hops. Pale coloured, premium aromatic bitter. Tropical fruit/floral aromas. Full tasting, well balanced.

ROOSTER'S GINGER BEER 4.7% ABV

Pale amber colour, aromas of ginger, using spicy Mittelfruh hops for bitterness and some aroma. Medium bodied and ginger heat on the palate.

HM Revenue & Customs have asked us to show the amount of undrinkable sediment in each cask.

9Gallon casks - 40.9.Litres, 0,8 litres sediment, dutiable volume = 40.1 litres

10gallon casks - 45.4 litres, 0,9litres sediment, dutiable volume = 44.5 litres

11 gallon casks - 50.0 litres, 1,0 litre sediment, dutiable volume = 49.0 litres

18 gallon casks - 81.8 litres, 1.6 litres sediment, dutiable volume 80.2 litres
