Pale gold colour. Raspberry aroma. Long aromatic finish. Medium bitterness. Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and Styrian Golding hops.

Prize winning premium aromatic bitter. Made with 4 aroma hops. Tropical fruit/floral aromas. Full tasting, well balanced. Golden Promise malt.

 

YANKEE®

4.3% ABV
Pale coloured premium aromatic bitter. Soft bitterness. Aromas of lychees and tropical fruit, sometimes Muscat grapes. Lingering finish. About 33 BUs* Our most popular beer. Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley.

 

CREAM
4.7% ABV
Pale premium aromatic bitter. Soft bitterness. Aromas of spice, peaches and apricot.About 30 BU's Bitterness Units. Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and Liberty hops from the Yakima Valley.

 

SPECIAL
3.9% ABV
Pale aromatic bitter. Grapefruity floral aromas. Long finish. Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and Chinook and Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley.

 

WHITE ROSE
4.3% ABV
A pale aromatic premium bitter. Aromas of Raspberry/peach/tangerine. Moderately bittered. Golden Promise malt, soft Yorkshire water and hops from the Yakima Valley USA and Slovenia.

 

WILD MULE
3.9% ABV
A must try beer. Flagship beer for the outlaw range. Stunning aromas of gooseberries, grapes and guava. Moderately bittered and pale in colour.

NECTOR 5.0% ABV.
Pale softly bittered beer. Rich aromas of peaches apricot, vanilla and Muscat grapes. Long finish. Christmas Beer.

MAYFLOWER 3.7% ABV
Pale coloured, aromas of grapefruit and flowers. Light and very easy to drink.

DRY IRISH STOUT 4.7% ABV
Dark plain chocolate coloured beer made with dark malts and flaked barley. Aromas of coffee, plain chocolate. Softly bittered. Smooth palate.

SILVER LINING 4.3% ABV
20% malted wheat in this beer, 80% malted barley. Softly hopped, light with raspberry aromas. About 27 IBU's *

We have a 2 barrel experimental plant on which we make a selection of beers.

Main outlets are Blind Jacks in Knaresborough, Leggars in Dewsbury and the Maltings in York .
