GODIVA PALE ALE [Cask]
A pale, sessionable beer brewed with a recently developed British aroma hop variety, Godiva, which offers spicy, gooseberry and tangerine flavours.
ORANGE & CINNAMON AMBER ALE [Cask]
Brewed using Cascade and Centennial hops and the addition of cinnamon and orange peel, Three French Hens is an amber-coloured beer with citrus-fruit flavours and a light, spicy finish.
American Wheat Beer [Cask]
An American-style wheat beer brewed with the addition of orange peel and coriander seeds. Light and easy-going, citrus fruit aromas are balanced against a delicate backbone of 60% barley and 40% wheat that leads to a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp and refreshing finish.
TURKISH DELIGHT STOUT [CASK]
A stout brewed using a blend of roasted, chocolate and crystal malts, as well as the addition of cacao nibs and Taylors of Harrogate rose lemonade herbal tea infusion. Distinct chocolate-coated Turkish delight vibes leap off the page, leading to a bittersweet finish.
STEAM BEER [KEG / CAN]
Made famous by the breweries of San Francisco and often referred to as a Steam Beer, California Common is a West Coast amber ale fermented with a lager yeast. Caramel maltiness harmonises with fruity hop characteristics to create a medium level of bitterness and a smooth finish.
Sherbet Lemon Sour [KEG / CAN]
A mouth-watering and refreshing Berliner Weisse layered with freshly squeezed Yuzu lemon juice, delivering a tart and zingy citrus kick on the finish.
Hazy Summer IPA [Keg / Can]
Brewed with Moutere, Amarillo, Motueka and Pacifica hops, this hazy summer IPA displays citrus, tropical and floral notes. Perfectly paired with some sunshine!
Grapefruit Radler [Keg / Can]
A juicy and refreshing radler, brewed with the addition of Rooster’s house-mix grapefruit soda; made using 240 fresh grapefruits.
JASMINE GREEN TEA IPA [CASK / KEG / CAN]
A blend of four hops, jasmine flowers and Taylors of Harrogate's Green Tea with Jasmine combine to create a mixed fruit and floral aroma, backed up by a balanced level of bitterness and a green tea finish.
Session IPA [Keg / Can]
A scaled down version of our flagship IPA, Baby-Faced Assassin. Brewed with 100% Citra hops, Easy-Going Assassin is an easy-drinking, yet punchy session IPA with notes of mandarin orange, mango, apricot and a juicy grapefruit bitterness.
Mountain IPA [can]
An extra pale, hazy Mountain IPA that delivers the fleshy tropical, stone fruit juiciness of a NEIPA, thanks to a blend of El Dorado, Ekuanot and Amarillo hops, with a touch of balanced West Coast bitterness on the finish.

30th Anniversary collab with Green Cheek Beer Co. & Everywhere. West Coast Pils, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Green Cheek & Everywhere breweries. Juicy fruit flavours with winey notes layered on a pilsner malt base. Crisp, refreshing & moreish!
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout [Bottle]
A complex bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout aged in both Heaven Hill and Four Roses bourbon barrels for seven months, before being blended at the point of packaging. Raisins, Christmas cake and malt loaf come to the fore, along with notes of liquorice and vanilla, leading to a mellow, gentle and creamy mouthfeel.
Barrel-Aged Sour [Bottle]
Our latest barrel-aged release and is based on the sour cocktail of the same name. We brewed a base Berliner Weisse using a traditional grist (lager malt, wheat and acidulated malt), albeit somewhat stronger than is typical of the style (around twice the strength), before committing it to brandy barrels acquired from a distillery in Oregon, USA and layered two additions of orange and lemon peel while the beer spent 7 months resting on oak.

A light, crisp and refreshing beer, with a lager grist, including maize and fermented with a Köslch yeast before being hopped like a classic American IPA to deliver a juicy hop hit!
DDH Pale Ale [SOLD OUT]
A hazy extra pale ale brewed using Amarillo, Azacca, Cashmere, Idaho 7 & El Dorado hops, with extra lashings of Amarillo & Cashmere added as dry hop additions for good measure.
NZ Pils [Sold Out]
30th Anniversary collab with Crooked Stave - A Pilsner style beer fermented at low temperatures using a hybrid lager yeast strain, with additions of Riwaka and Rakau hops from New Zealand’s South Island, offering up sweet fruit, citrus and pine flavours.
American Pale Ale [SOLD OUT]
30th Anniversary collab with Bale Breaker. An American Pale Ale fermented 50/50 with a West Coast and an East Coast yeast strain. Mosaic, Galaxy and HBC 586 hops combine to allow peach, mango, passionfruit and guava flavours the chance to dance around your mouth.
West Coast Pale Ale [SOLD OUT]
Pale amber in colour, Route 101, taking’s its name from the stretch of Highway that stretches, north to south along the Pacific coast, is a West Coast pale ale brewed in collaboration with Mitch Steele of New Realm Brewing Co., based in Atlanta, USA. Aromas of pithy orange, berries, tropical fruit and stone fruit from a blend of Centennial, Ekuanot, HBC630 and Vista hops combine with the citrus, apricot and grapefruit esters produced by the ‘Juice Machine’ blend of fresh yeasts.
WEST FLANDERS PALE [SOLD OUT]
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from The Brewery of St Mars of the Desert as part of Rooster’s 30th Anniversary celebrations, Low Colour Pale and Bavarian Carapils malts create the base for this pale, blonde beer. A West Flanders water profile was also created, with a speciality yeast commonly used for brewing both English and Belgian beers used in place of Rooster’s house strain. Early kettle additions of German Mittelfrüh hops and a late addition of Möst hops from Czechia combine to give light floral, tropical and red grapefruit aromas, which play nicely with the banana, clove and peppery notes produced during fermentation.

30th Anniversary collab with Odell. A high percentage of unmalted barley and wheat create a hazy, sweet, nicely rounded palate for Chinook, Cashmere, Simcoe and HBC 630 hops for flavours of citrus, grapefruit, stone fruit and berry fruit to be projected on to.

White Rose is an approachable charity fund-raising pale ale brewed using four hops and soft Yorkshire water to produce citrus and stone fruit aromas and a light and refreshing level of bitterness.

Rose Lemonade Sour [Sold Out]
Bramling Cross hops offer a low - level of bitterness to this tart beer that carries a pink hue, along with floral, citrus and sherbet notes , harnessed from the addition of Taylors of Harrogate Rose Lemonade herbal tea infusion.

A pale ale brewed in the traditional Rooster’s fashion using 100% Golden Promise malt and hops from the USA, namely Cashmere and Vista, a brand new variety. Thirst quenching and easy drinking, a smooth, lemon / lime bitterness gives way to honeydew melon, papaya and stone fruit flavours.
