Hello, Dimitri? is a mini series of bourbon barrel-aged imperial stouts. Big, boozy, yet soft and velvety smooth, we brewed a base beer at 9.6% and then aged it across three different bourbon barrels; Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey. Each barrel not only imparted its own distinctive mix of flavours on the beer, they each also took hold of the ABV and sent it in three different directions.

• Wild Turkey (Alc. 12.2% Vol.): Big and boozy, dark chocolate, vanilla and fruit cake flavours are dominated with a big hit of whisky.
