White Rose is an approachable charity fund-raising pale ale brewed using four hops and soft Yorkshire water to produce citrus and stone fruit aromas and a light and refreshing level of bitterness.
California Common
West Coast Amber Ale (Alc. 4.2% Vol.)
Made famous by the breweries of San Francisco and often referred to as a Steam Beer, California Common is a West Coast amber ale fermented with a lager yeast. Caramel maltiness harmonises with fruity hop characteristics to create a medium level of bitterness and a smooth finish.

Dry-Hopped Pale Ale (Alc. 3.7% Vol.)
Brewed with a blend of Mosaic, Centennial and Rakau hops, juicy, tropical fruit flavours come to the fore in this dry-hopped, sessionable pale ale that’s backed up by a hint of citrus and a grapefruit finish.

Watermelon Pale Ale (Alc. 4.0% Vol.)
Delicate hop flavours are complemented by the addition of fresh watermelon in this crisp, fruity and refreshing pale ale that has a light, bitter finish.

West Coast Pale Ale (Alc. 4.5% Vol.)
A sessionable west coast pale ale. Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops come together to display characteristics of citrus fruits, with a piney and resinous bitterness.
Blame It On The Tetons
Mountain IPA (Alc. 6.3% Vol.)
An extra pale, hazy Mountain IPA that delivers the fleshy tropical, stone fruit juiciness of a NEIPA, thanks to a blend of El Dorado, Ekuanot and Amarillo hops, with a touch of balanced West Coast bitterness on the finish.
Shipton
Shipton (Alc. 4.2% Vol.)
Using a classic English ale yeast strain, Shipton is a light and fruity extra special bitter, with a touch of spice on the nose that’s brewed using a blend of four malts and three English hops.
Gallo Pils
Italian Pils (Alc. 4.8% Vol.)
A delicate, modern pilsner. Traditional in its approach, with the use of noble hops (Perle & Tettnang) in the boil, before being dry-hopped with Germany’s Callista hops. Gallo Pils is an ideal, refreshing accompaniment to the summer months. Delicate, clean and lightly filtered, soft, peachy notes sit on top of more traditional herbal and spicy hop characteristics.
Undiscovered Land
Botanical Pale Ale (Alc. 5.6% Vol.)
A journey of discovery, taking in a varied blend of botanical ingredients. Created and developed in collaboration with Harrogate Tipple, Undiscovered Land is a soft and delicate, straw coloured pale ale brewed in the Rooster's style, but fermented with a lager yeast and the addition of a carefully curated fusion of fresh botanicals.
Talus All About It
U.S. Pale Ale (Alc. 4.2% Vol.)
A soft and juicy U.S. pale ale brewed in collaboration with Brew York, using oats in the grist and a blend of HBC 630, Simcoe and Talus hops, the resulting beer offers up delicate yet punchy tropical fruit notes, with a citrus kiss on the finish.
Stingo
Barley Wine (Alc. 9.0% Vol.)
Rich, boozy and warming, Stingo is a complex, tawny barley wine displaying pronounced dried fruit and molasses characteristics, backed up by a malty backbone and soft bittersweet finish.
Wild Wild Life [2024]
Barrel-Aged Sour Saison (Alc. 7.0% Vol.)
A kettle sour fermented with a saison yeast and aged in French oak barrels for fifteen months. Expect a tart beer with subtle, fruity wine characteristics and a hint of spice; flavours that are likely to evolve over time as the beer continues to mature.

Independent Pale Ale (Alc. 4.3% Vol.)
Brewed to celebrate American Independence Day, Stars & Stripes is smooth pale ale that combines two hops imported from across the pond (Simcoe and Cascade) to create a quaffable beer with aromas of lemon and orange.
The Italian Job
Lemongrass & Blacker Pepper Pale Ale (Alc. 4.7% Vol.)
A collaborative pale ale originally brewed with Birrificio Italiano. The addition of black pepper and lemongrass to the brew create delicate citrus and spiced aromas, leading to a moderate & thirst-quenching level of bitterness.
Impractical Ideas
Hazy Summer Ale (Alc. 4.7% Vol.)
A hazy summer pale brewed with our friends from Fyne Ales. A blend of Cascade and Motueka hops were added in two less common steps of the brewing process; the mash and in the FV prior to fermentation in a process known as ‘dip hopping’. Berry fruit and floral notes, with a hint of spice lead to a refreshingly crisp finish.
One Horse Town
Nut Brown Ale Ale (Alc. 4.4% Vol.)
Rich chestnut in colour, One Horse Town is a satisfyingly smooth and quaffable brown ale, with lightly roasted, malt-forward flavours leading to a moderately bitter finish.
Echo Chamber
DDH Pale Ale (Alc. 4.5% Vol.)
A hazy extra pale ale brewed using Amarillo, Cashmere and Ekuanot hops, with extra lashings of Amarillo & Cashmere added as dry hop additions for good measure.
Creeper
Cucumber Pale Ale (Alc. 4.0% Vol.)
Brewed with the addition of freshly peeled cucumbers, Creeper is a light, crisp and easy-drinking, pale ale. Delicate, refreshing and outrageously drinkable, it’s the ideal accompaniment to a sunny day!
Pangea
Fusion IPA (Alc. 5.7% Vol.)
A fusion of three styles of IPA (Traditional English, West Coast & New England), brewed using British, Australian, NZ and US hops, as well as being co-fermented with West Coast & New England yeast strains. The beer pours with the clarity of a classic IPA, while displaying the juiciness associated with the New England style.
