Barrel-aged Sour Saison [Keg & Can]
Barrel-aged for over six months, Wild Wild Life [2026] is a refreshing, yet refined, blended sour saison displaying smooth complexity, delicate herbal aromas, soft oak & a hint of vanilla.
The flavour is bright, yet balanced. Subtle spice & citrus mingle with soft stone fruit earthiness, alongside a touch of creaminess that softens the edges of the beer & creates a rounded mouthfeel.
Double Hazy Assassin [ALC. 7.4% VOL.]
Hazy DIPA [Keg & Can]
This souped-up evolution of our crushable hazy IPA moves in stealthily, before landing a juicy, tropical double ambush of ripe mango and luscious peach.
Behind the attack is an elite hop squad: Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin – combining forces to unleash waves of bright citrus, passionfruit, and soft stone-fruit aromatics. The result is a smooth, dangerously drinkable DIPA that’s not to be
taken lightly.
Simcoe Pale [alc. 4.3% vol.]
Pale Ale [Cask]
A single-hopped pale ale that showcases the USA’s Simcoe hop in all its glory. Set against a light malt base, this beer offers up aromas of passion fruit, pine and lemon.
Fantastic Voyage [alc. 4.6% vol.]
West Coast Pale [Keg & Can]
A light and refreshing, sessionable West Coast Pale brewed in collaboration with our pals from Buxton Brewery. Resinous piney and citrus flavours combine with punchy tropical fruit characteristics, harnessed from a blend of Centennial and Mosaic
hops.
Nectar [alc. 5.2% vol.]
NZ Pale Ale [Cask]
A New Zealand pale ale brewed using two sought-after hops from the other side of the world (Rakau and Nelson Sauvin), that combine to produce a dangerously drinkable beer with aromas of gooseberry and passion fruit.
Lemondrop [alc. 4.0% vol.]
Sherbet Lemon Sour [Keg]
Lemon peel and juice have both been added at different stages of the brewing process to create a lip-smacking kettle sour delivering a vibrant and refreshing dose of tangy citrus tartness.
Rhode Island Red [alc. 4.6% vol.]
Rye PA [Can]
A Rye Pale Ale brewed with a healthy dose of rye & red rye crystal malt to give the beer a deep amber hue. Hints of black pepper, along with citrus fruit notes, leading to a
touch of spice on the finish.
Unsung Hero [alc. 4.6% vol.]
West Coast Pale [Can]
A west coast pale; amber in colour, piney, with a resinous hop kick. Delivering a bold, citrus fruit hop hit courtesy of a combination of Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe hops layered on top of a chewy malt base, Unsung Hero is a nod to the now classic style that helped put modern craft brewing on the map.

Leghorn is a creamy, pale ale brewed using a mixture of four American hops that combine to create a cocktail of fruit aromas. It's a beer with real pedigree, having won gold at the internationally-renowned World Beer Cup in the not too distant past.

A succulent U.S. pale ale originally brewed in collaboration with Lakes Brew Co., fermented with Rooster’s house yeast and brimming with tropical and citrus flavours courtesy of Ekuanot and Mosaic hops.

A sessionable and moreish amber ale displaying floral, earthy, spicy and pine notes. Sweet, rich, malty flavours are balanced with a low level of hop bitterness and a touch of sweetness on the finish.

An easy-drinking pale ale brewed in the classic Rooster’s style; balanced and approachable, with delicate notes of tropical fruit, grapefruit, blackcurrant and hints of lychee leading to a moderate bitterness on the finish.

Soft and easy-drinking, Nelson is a pale ale that shines a spotlight on the Nelson Sauvin hop. White wine fruitiness and hints of gooseberry are backed up by a balanced grapefruit bitter kick on the finish.

Three big-hitting hops come together to create a sessionable, hop-forward pale ale with the intensity of a new world IPA. Amarillo and Simcoe from the USA work in harmony with New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin to produce a punchbowl aroma of lemon, tangerine and gooseberry, followed by a balanced grapefruit bitterness.
Our year-round line-up of beers offers a diverse variety of both modern and classic styles in cask, keg and can, covering a range of ABV’s from super sessionable up to big and bold. Our entire core range is vegan friendly, as are 99% of our limited release beers, with a number also being gluten free.
Flagship beers such as Yankee (original pale ale) and Baby-Faced Assassin (American IPA) are supported by the likes of, among others, Scoundrel (classic stout), Hazy-Faced Assassin (gluten free hazy IPA), Good As Hell (gluten free premium helles lager) and Yorkshire’s Best (gluten free modern classic bitter) to provide a well-balanced permanent offering.
