Our collaboration with Full Circle Brew Co. is a proper West Coast IPA — crisp, clean and loaded with hops. A light, snappy base of extra pale malt and flaked rice sets the stage for the hops. Mosaic & Simcoe bring big notes of earthy, resinous pine, balanced with flavours of sticky tinned peaches and nectarine from the Dolcita. Finishing with a firm yet refreshing bitterness.
