Baby-Faced Assassin is our flagship IPA and also the beer for which we’ve won the most awards since being added to our core range in late 2013. That’s not where the story begins, however, as the beer was first conceived as a 25 litre batch of homebrew in January 2011. Originally brewed by Tom, our Operations Director, the recipe was passed into the hands of his brother and Rooster’s Head Brewer, Oliver.
